Happy are Those

​Happy are those who are not worldly-wise,
Who believe in the Bible and not the world’s lies.
Happy are those who in Jesus trust,
Whose treasures are safe where they’ll never rust.
 
Happy are those who simply believe,
Who humbly serve God and His blessings receive.
Happy are those who do not live for ease,
But willingly seek their God, to please.
 
Happy are those who commit their soul,
To God, Who can heal, and make them whole.
Happy are those who give up their life,
Who can rise above earth’s turmoil and strife.
 
Happy are those who to Jesus are sold,
Finding a glorious freedom untold.
Happy are those who understand
That all blessings come from God’s own hand.
 
Psalm 144:15
