by Mrs. Linda S. from Virtuous Daughters, June 2015~Volume 15, Number 3 Like a flower she blooms through her childhood years.
The daughter learns the virtues of womanhood. Watered daily by example she grows into a woman of strength. Her nourishment comes from God’s Word. Surrendering to follow the will of Christ, she needs no prompting to attend to her duties. She works willingly and diligently, not for the praise of men. She is one that feareth the Lord and others praise her. She’s taught how to keep a home and love others, to be sober, discreet, and chaste, She learns loyalty and submission so that her home may be peaceful and prosperous. Her apparel is modest and attractive. Character accentuates her beauty. A meek and quiet spirit is her ornament, and her smile enhances her countenance. A sparkling crown adorns her by her testimony. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; her tongue is the law of kindness. These are her rubies. She is highly prized. Comments are closed.
