  • 2/3 c. sugar                   
  • 3 c. whole wheat flour       
  • 1 T. soda                        
  • 1 tsp. salt                        
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. molasses
 
Combine sugar, flour, soda, and salt. Mix egg, oil, milk, and molasses. Combine with dry ingredients until moistened. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350
for 30 minutes.

  • 4 eggs                       
  • 2 c. white sugar          
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin   
  • 1 1/2 c. oil              
  • 3 c. flour               
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  •  
Preheat oven to 400. Beat eggs in large bowl and mix in sugar, pumpkin, and oil. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend into the pumpkin mixture. Then fold in chocolate chips. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
