Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine oat flour, milk powder, soda, salt, and chopped nuts. In another bowl, combine eggs, bananas, honey, and vanilla. Beat well. Add butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into 2– 3.5x10.5 inch buttered loaf pans. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
