Dissolve jello in boiling water. Put frozen strawberries in hot jello and stir until melted. Add pineapple and chill. When jello mixture is set, add topping. Combine cream cheese and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and sour cream. Stir until well mixed. Spread over jello and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until ready to serve.
