Mix 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and oil. Add the rest of the flour (1 cup) gradually, knead 3-5 minutes until smooth and elastic. If mixing by hand, cover dough and let rest 10 minutes. Form into desired shape, let rise until double (about 45 minutes - 1 hour). Bake at 350F until slightly golden on top (about 15-20 min).
