Ham & Cheese Mini Bagels

Toast bagel halves and place on foiled baking sheets. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon onto bagels and spread to cover. If needed, make more of this mix to cover all bagels - depends on how thick you put it on. Put oven on broil, and place bagels on top rack, watching very carefully, for only a few minutes: long enough to melt the cheese and mayonnaise, but not too long since it burns easily!
This can also be made with English muffins or regular toasted bread. This quantity serves about 10 for lunch. Our family loves these!
