Easy Beef Enchiladas

Heat oven to 375. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in 3/4 c. enchilada sauce and 1 c. cheese. Spoon enchilada meat over tortillas; roll up and place seam-side down in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake @ 375 for 15-20 minutes. A family favorite!
