Classic Fruit Salad

In bowl, combine fruit and nuts. Spoon salad into individual serving dishes and top fruit with 2 T. coconut cream. Enjoy!! Makes 3 or 4 servings. *Coconut cream can be made by taking 1 fresh coconut (drained and peeled and chopped as fine as possible) and blending it on high speed until it’s thick as whipped cream. Add enough water to make desired consistency. Add honey and vanilla to taste. Makes a.bout 1 cup.
