Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, mix the first four ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, mix the oil, honey, vanilla, and eggs until well combined. Add zucchini, butter, and milk; mix. Slowly add dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Put in muffin tins and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!!!!!
