Chocolate Cherry Cake

from Virtuous Daughters, February 2004~Volume 3, Number 11 & December 2005~Volume 5, Number 9
Stir together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan or a jelly roll pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until done.
For frosting melt chocolate in pan and add remaining ingredients. Spread on top of cake.
