Chicken or Turkey Stuffing

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add next eight ingredients. Mix. Add and mix lightly to the bread crumbs. Add the carrot and margarine.
Optional: we put this into our turkey at Thanksgiving. It helps to keep the turkey more moist. We first put the turkey into an oven bag, then fill the turkey. Bake until the turkey is done. Or you can bake this in a large cake pan at 400 for an hour or until nice and golden brown. Serve with chicken gravy! Enjoy.
