Cheesy Mexican Chicken

Place chicken in 2-13x9 dishes. Mix soup, 3 c. cheese, milk, and seasonings. Spoon over chicken. Top with chips, cover, & bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove cover; top with remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over rice.
