Broccoli Side Dish

Prep: 6 Minutes—Bake: 3-6 Minutes
Yield: 8 Servings

A great way to dress-up broccoli.  Everyone in my family agrees that this is the best broccoli dish they’ve ever had!
 
  • 10 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
 
Place broccoli in large microwave-safe bowl.  Combine remaining ingredients; pour over broccoli. Cover and microwave on high for 3-6 minutes or until tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.
