Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then set aside. Dip biscuits in melted butter, then dip in sugar mixture. Put on a greased cookie sheet, cut out middle of biscuits for desired doughnut look. Bake and enjoy! Note: I use brown sugar instead of white sugar for mini monkey bread (cinnamon can be eliminated in this version), and they never stay long at my house! Also, other refrigerated biscuits can be used, but baking time may vary. Comments are closed.
