Preheat oven to 250. Place cut-up roast in a deep baking dish. Add Lipton onion soup mix, pepper, golden mushroom soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir to coat the meat. Cover baking dish and bake in oven for 2 hours at 250. Stir meat, then bake for 1 hour at 400. Prepare egg noodles as directed on package when meat is almost done. Serve beef tips over the noodles.
