Beef Tips & Noodles

from Virtuous Daughters, December 2014~Volume 14, Number 9

  •   3-lb. roast, cut into 1-inch chunks
  •   1 pkg. Linton onion soup mix
  •   1 tsp. pepper
  •   2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans golden mushroom soup
  •   1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  •   16-oz. pkg. extra wide egg noodles
 
Preheat oven to 250. Place cut-up roast in a deep baking dish. Add Lipton onion soup mix, pepper, golden mushroom soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir to coat the meat. Cover baking dish and bake in oven for 2 hours at 250. Stir meat, then bake for 1 hour at 400. Prepare egg noodles as directed on package when meat is almost done. Serve beef tips over the noodles.
