In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, stirring well. Spread batter evenly in greased and floured pan(s). Bake at 350 for 27–35 minutes for 2 round pans or 33–40 minutes for a 9x13 inch pan. Frost with desired frosting and enjoy! (You can also add chopped oreo cookies and 1/2 c. water before baking for a cookies ’n’ cream cake!) Comments are closed.
