Heat oven to 300. Reserve 1 c. dry cake mix. Mix remaining cake mix with 1 egg, oil, and 1/3 c. sugar (mixture will be crumbly). Press onto bottom of 9x13 pan; top with bananas. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer. Add reserved cake mix, remaining eggs, and lemon juice; beat 1 minute. Blend in milk. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 24 *If you like cheesecake as much as I do, but feel guilty using so much cream cheese, this is the recipe for you. Also by sticking with the main structure of the recipe and using your creativity, you can completely change the look and taste like using cherry or blueberry pie filling vs. bananas; chocolate cake mix vs. white; mint extract vs. lemon juice; pudding topping vs. whipped, etc . . . With the many servings, this is perfect for large families. May the Lord bless you richly! Comments are closed.
