This recipe is used very often in the week at our house for breakfast. I personally like to pour yogurt over this, or you could also use applesauce. You can easily substitute the milk with coconut or almond milk, if you want it to be dairy-free.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a pan. Bake at 350 for 30–40 minutes. Enjoy!
