Crumb topping:
Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and spices. Add apple slices and mix until slices are evenly coated. Arrange in pie shell. For crumb topping, combine all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over apples. Place pie on baking sheet and bake for 30-40 min. May wrap edges with foil to prevent burning. Allow to cool 1 hr. before serving with whipped cream or vanilla icecream! Comments are closed.
